These terms apply when you visit or buy from electraglow.store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us ElectraGlow is an online store operated by ElectraGlow, based in Australia. You can reach us at contact@electraglow.store.

Products We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. If you spot an error in a listing, tell us at support@electraglow.store.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies.
• Prices can change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Zip.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Shipping Shipping costs AU$5 within Australia and AU$10 to the rest of the world. Orders over AU$35 ship free. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carriers and events outside our control. See our shipping page for details. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in their country.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Use of the site You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the site, including text, images and logos, belongs to ElectraGlow or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
