Our returns promise

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, here is how returns work.

7 day returns, no questions asked

You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

90 day faulty returns

If a product becomes faulty, you can return it free within 90 days of the purchase date. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

1. Email return@electraglow.store within the return period.

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return. For a faulty item, add a short description and a photo or video if you can.

3. We will reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Parcels sent to the wrong address may not reach us.

Return postage

• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover the return postage.

• Changed your mind within the 7 days: we cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong item on arrival

Contact us at support@electraglow.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
