Shipping costs

• Australia: AU$5 flat rate
• Rest of the world: AU$10 flat rate
• Free shipping on all orders over AU$35, in Australia and worldwide

The AU$35 is your order total before shipping and tax, after any discount code is applied. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays in Australia.

Delivery times These are estimates, counted from the day your order ships.

• Australia: 10 to 15 business days
• Rest of the world: 20 to 25 business days

Delivery can take longer during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, or because of customs checks and carrier delays. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after the first email, especially on international orders.

Customs, duties and taxes Orders shipped outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping address Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@electraglow.store as soon as possible. We can only change the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.

Multiple items and addresses Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You won't pay extra for this. Each order ships to one address. To send items to different addresses, place a separate order for each.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

• If your order hasn't arrived after the delivery window above, email support@electraglow.store with your order number and we'll look into it.
• If it arrives damaged or incorrect, follow the steps on our Refunds and Returns page.
