ElectraGlow ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping address.

• Payment details: these are entered directly with our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Browsing information: your device type, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived at our store, collected through cookies and similar tools.

• Messages: anything you send us when you email us or fill in a contact form.

• Email sign-ups: your email address if you subscribe to our updates.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds.

• To reply to your questions and give support.

• To send order updates, and marketing emails if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• To understand how people use our store and improve it.

• To measure the results of our social media content, and to show our content to people who have visited our store.

• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with:

• Shopify, which runs our store and checkout.

• Payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Zip.

• Suppliers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers, so your order can be sent to you. This includes sharing your name, address and phone number.

• Marketing and analytics services such as TikTok, Meta and Google, if we use them.

• Government or legal authorities if the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based outside Australia, so your information may be stored or processed overseas, including in the United States, Singapore and China. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled appropriately.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand traffic. We may also use tracking tools from social platforms (sometimes called pixels) to measure our content and reach people who have visited our store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store may not work properly without them.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure.
